The Livermore Amateur Radio/Electronics/Computer (LARK) Swap Meet is held on the 1st Sunday of each month regardless of holidays at Robertson Park, Livermore, California (LARPD).
Sellers:
Amateur radio and radio/computer electronics related items only -- no general merchandise or food items. No pirated or copied software, Guns, knives or any other weapons or Adult Only material. The LARK Swap Meet Manager shall have the final say as to suitability for sale.
Sellers lot opens at 7:00am and all swap meet activity must stop at 11:30am. Seller Registration starts 6:15am. All attendees must vacate LARPD property by 12:00 noon (except for the swap meet crew).
Sellers are required to displayed the receipt, with number of spaces purchased, on their windshield for space verification by the Swap Meet crew. The Seller renting the space must be present during the swap meet.
Sellers must complete and sign the State of California Swap Meet Certification (form BT-410-D). All sellers who participate 2 or more times in a 12 month period must have a valid California State sellers permit and resale number.
There will be no refunds due to weather conditions or any other reason. LARK reserves the right to cancel the Swap meet at short notice due to bad weather.
Sellers are responsible for keeping their space(s) and the adjacent area clean and free of trash. This is especially important during breakdown and cleanup.
The Seller is responsible for the removal of all electronic and other waste and on no account must any item(s) be left behind. The Swap Meet Manager reserves the right to ban any seller who does not comply with this rule.
Spaces are not transferable and may not be resold to anyone without prior Swap Meet Manager approval.
Seller's Fee Schedule - nonrefundable contribution to The Livermore Amateur Radio Klub, a nonprofit organization. (No Checks accepted)

General:
There is no entry fee for buyers.
Seller and buyer participation is a privilege, not a right. Sellers are the guest of the Livermore Amateur Radio Klub. LARK reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone.
LARK disclaims all responsibility for the validity of claims made by sellers or swappers regarding equipment age, origin, or condition; for prices set, or for any financial transactions entered into at this swap meet. It is suggested that the buyers carefully inspect and check out equipment before purchasing. When checkout is not possible, the buyer should make arrangements with the seller for later communications to discuss any problems.
In consideration for permission to participate in the LARK swap meet, the undersigned hereby releases and holds harmless Livermore Amateur Radio Klub and its members from any and all liabilities for injury, perjury, property damage, and etc. arising on the LARPD premises.
Anyone not complying with the letter and intent of these rules will not be allowed to participate.
